The Retreat is exactly what the name implies — a 1,020-square-foot single-family home built for buyers who want their tiny home to feel like a real spa-retreat property, not a downsized compromise. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, single-wide HUD-code envelope, foundation-ready.

The defining feature is the primary bath. Double-sink white shaker vanity with shared marble-look quartz top.
